A delicious and easy-to-prepare chicken dish featuring a sweet honey and tangy Dijon mustard glaze, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Bone-In Chicken Thighs
  • Honey
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and position a rack in the center.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, thyme, kosher salt, and black pepper until smooth and combined.
  3. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish. Drizzle the honey mustard mixture over the thighs, making sure to turn each one to coat evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the glaze is bubbling.
  5. Allow the thighs to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For better adhesion, pat the chicken dry before adding the marinade. Consider marinating the chicken for a few hours or overnight for enhanced flavors.
