  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Take each chicken strip and dip it into the beaten egg, letting any excess egg drip off.
  4. Roll the egg-dipped chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are completely coated.
  5. Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the tenders are thoroughly cooked and have a beautiful golden brown color.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy the crunch!

Notes

Feel free to use seasoned breadcrumbs for extra flavor or substitute Parmesan with a dairy-free alternative.
