  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken thighs and brown for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic until well combined.
  4. Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the browned chicken thighs.
