  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and arrange them in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  4. Mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then generously sprinkle this seasoning over the chicken breasts.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seasoned chicken and, if desired, add some chopped fresh herbs.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear.
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve it up with your favorite sides!
