  • 1/4 cup cream (optional)
  • 1 cup vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or get your grill ready.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. For Baking: Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. For Skillet Method: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side.
  5. For Grilling: Cook chicken on the grill for 6–8 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve with your choice of sides for a complete meal.

Notes

Leftover chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat gently to avoid drying out.
