A quick and flavorful Korean Ground Beef Bowl, perfect for busy weeknight dinners, served over fluffy rice.

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  2. Once the beef is browned, stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to combine. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve the beef mixture generously over your cooked rice.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if desired.
