  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • Optional: Various vegetables (like bell peppers, zucchini, or broccoli)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare your grill.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and your chosen herbs.
  3. Mince the garlic and rub it into the chicken along with the olive oil.
  4. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes to soak up the flavors.
  5. If grilling, place the chicken on the grill for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. For baking, lay the chicken in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  6. After cooking, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain its juiciness.
