  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, lemon juice, honey, and almond milk in a bowl or jar.
  2. Stir well until everything is mixed together.
