  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Whisk the eggs and milk together in another bowl until well combined.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in flour, covering both sides evenly.
  5. Dip the floured chicken into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Roll the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently for better adherence.
  7. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, achieving a golden brown crust.
  8. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F (74°C).
  9. Remove from the oven and serve immediately, relishing in the delightful flavors!
