  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (like rosemary and thyme)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Bell peppers, broccoli, or other vegetables

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces evenly in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking tray. Optionally, surround it with chopped vegetables.
  5. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through, then turn on the broiler for 2-3 minutes for a golden finish.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving whole.
