A comforting and creamy chicken dish that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sear until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and let the sauce thicken slightly.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and transfer to the oven.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving and enjoy.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Chicken thighs can be used for a juicier option.
