A delicious and nutritious breakfast option combining creamy yogurt, wholesome oats, and the unique flavor of matcha.

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, salt, matcha powder, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir everything together until it’s fully mixed and the matcha is evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best for enhancing flavor and texture.
  5. When you’re ready to serve, top with your favorite chopped fruits or berries. Enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, allow the oats to soak longer. You can also customize with different toppings or flavors of yogurt.
