Ingredients

  • English muffins
  • Eggs
  • Cheese slices
  • Cooked sausage or bacon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook sausage or bacon in a pan over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Scramble the eggs in a pan until fully cooked, then set aside.
  5. Cut English muffins in half and lightly toast them until golden.
  6. Assemble each sandwich with a slice of cheese, cooked meat, and scrambled eggs between the muffin halves.
  7. Wrap each sandwich tightly in foil or plastic wrap and place in the freezer.
  8. To reheat, unwrap and microwave for 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Notes
