  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, grated Parmesan, dry minced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. If the chicken breasts are thick, slice them in half to ensure even cooking. Place the chicken in a lightly greased baking dish.
  4. Generously coat each chicken breast with the creamy mixture, ensuring they’re completely covered.
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the top is beautifully golden brown.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking to allow juices to redistribute. For extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
