  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Mix together the sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, spacing them apart evenly.
  5. Spoon the creamy mixture over each chicken breast, ensuring they are well-covered.
  6. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden finish.
