  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
