Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry using a paper towel and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Evenly spread the creamy mixture over each chicken breast, making sure they’re well covered.
  5. Bake the chicken uncovered for 25–30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. After removing from the oven, let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired.

Notes

You can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a healthier option. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months.
