  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blend together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated parmesan cheese, minced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally if they are thick.
  4. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, arrange the chicken breasts in the dish, and cover each with the creamy mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
