  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheese (optional)
  • Cooked bacon or ham (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grab a microwave-safe mug and crack the eggs into it.
  2. Pour in the milk and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Use a fork to whisk the mixture until it’s well combined and smooth.
  4. Add your chosen veggies, cheese, and any cooked bacon or ham. Stir everything together.
  5. Microwave on high for about 1 minute.
