Quick and healthy No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites made with oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips. Perfect for snacks or post-workout fuel.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the quick oats and mini chocolate chips.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey to the mixture. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into 12 portions and roll them into balls between your palms.
  4. Store the energy bites in an airtight container, either at room temperature or in the fridge for a chilled treat.

Notes

For a smoother blend, heat the peanut butter slightly in the microwave. Dampen your hands when rolling the bites to prevent sticking.
