  • 1 cup cooked pasta (elbow or favorite shape)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • Optional toppings: diced bell peppers, sour cream, or green onions

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, stirring until the onion softens—about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in the canned tomatoes and bring everything to a gentle simmer.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing everything well until combined.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, cover the skillet, and wait until the cheese has melted.
