Delicious and easy-to-make oven-baked chicken thighs with crispy skin and juicy meat.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme), finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken generously with salt and black pepper.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chopped herbs. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Rub the spice mixture thoroughly over each chicken thigh.
  6. Place the seasoned thighs in a baking dish, skin-side up, ensuring space between each piece.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown.
