Delicious and crispy Parmesan-coated chicken tenders that are kid-approved and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. If using breadcrumbs, mix them in now.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the Parmesan mix, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray the tenders with cooking spray or drizzle olive oil over them.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve with marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray the tenders with oil before baking. Try adding different spices like cayenne for a kick.
