Delicious and crispy oven-roasted chicken thighs, infused with garlic and herbs, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil and minced garlic.
  3. Add thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper to the bowl, mixing well until the chicken is fully coated.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs onto a baking sheet with the skin side facing up.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, checking for doneness and ensuring the skin is crispy.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after taking it out, allowing the juices to redistribute before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes after roasting. Always let the meat rest briefly before cutting into it to retain juices.
