  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cauliflower (for mash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the egg wash, allowing any excess to drip off.
  4. Coat the chicken with the grated Parmesan cheese, pressing gently to ensure it adheres well.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Steam or boil the cauliflower until tender and mash it, adding salt and pepper to taste.
