Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
  • 1 can tuna in olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (400g)
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 810 olives, pitted and sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  4. Flake the canned tuna and gently fold it into the sauce, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to suit your taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss gently to coat with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a bright finish.

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider adding a splash of heavy cream just before serving.
