A delightful blend of peanut butter and banana in a crispy quesadilla, perfect for quick meals or snacks.

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Butter or cooking spray (for cooking)
  • Cinnamon (optional, for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Lightly grease the skillet with butter or cooking spray.
  3. On one side of each tortilla, spread an even layer of peanut butter.
  4. Place banana slices over the peanut butter on one tortilla. Drizzle honey over the bananas if desired.
  5. Carefully place the second tortilla on top, peanut butter side down.
  6. Cook the quesadilla in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden-brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve, sprinkled with cinnamon if desired.
