A quick and flavorful dish that transforms ordinary eggs into a gourmet treat with pesto.

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and drizzle in some olive oil.
  2. Crack the eggs directly into the skillet.
  3. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness—scrambled, sunny-side-up, or flipped over.
  4. Once the eggs are cooked, generously spoon the warm pesto on top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
