  • 1 cup cooked protein (chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
