Delightful Quark Coins, perfect for breakfast or snacks, blending creamy quark and hearty oats.

Ingredients

  • 250g Quark
  • 100g oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50g flour
  • Baking powder (to taste)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Quark, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until smooth.
  2. Add the oats, flour, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Scoop out portions of the dough and shape into small coins.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry coins until golden brown on each side.
