  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for baking, or heat your grill to medium-high.
  2. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to create your marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly in the marinade. Allow them to marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) or grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of sides, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Let the chicken rest after cooking to retain its juices. Experiment with the marinade by adding lemon juice or balsamic vinegar for extra flavor.
