  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  4. During the last few minutes, add the broccoli to the skillet, covering it to steam until bright and tender.
  5. To serve, place the chicken over the cooked rice and drizzle with soy sauce if desired.
