Comforting pork chops coated in a creamy ranch sauce served over mashed potatoes, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or special occasions.

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning mix.
  3. Add the seasoned pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  7. Return the pork chops back to the skillet, coating them in the creamy ranch sauce.
  8. Serve the ranch pork chops over mashed potatoes, drizzling extra ranch sauce on top for added flavor.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat gently to maintain sauce texture.
