Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender, layering them in the order listed.
  2. Blend the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut milk or a handful of ice.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a chilled glass and enjoy!
