Delightful breakfast roll-ups made with flaky crescent roll dough, scrambled eggs, and seasoned sausage.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a pan until fluffy.
  4. Cook the sausage until browned, then crumble it into small pieces.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the scrambled eggs and crumbled sausage.
  6. Spoon this delicious mixture onto the wide end of the crescent dough.
  7. Starting from the wide end, roll up the dough to enclose the filling completely.
