Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Flatten the slices of bread with a rolling pin until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Place a sausage on each flattened slice of bread and roll it up tightly.
  4. Dip each roll in the egg mixture, ensuring it is well-coated.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter or oil to coat the bottom.
