Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth. Add cheese and chopped vegetables, then pour the mixture into a pie crust for quiche.
  3. Scramble or fry the eggs in a pan, seasoning with salt, pepper, and herbs if you prefer a classic dish.
