Delightful shrimp balls that are crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor inside, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it’s shimmering.
  4. Fry the shrimp balls in the hot oil for about 4-5 minutes, cooking until they are golden brown and fully cooked through.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with a tangy dipping sauce, such as sweet chili or zesty garlic aioli. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
