Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the chicken to your slow cooker and pour the chicken broth over it.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and serve with your favorite dishes.
