Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced ginger and garlic. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the pan. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  4. Next, add the broccoli florets. Stir-fry for about 3–4 minutes until they become tender and crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, mixing well to coat the chicken and broccoli evenly.
