Delightful turkey and stuffing meatballs packed with the warm flavors of the holidays, perfect for weeknight dinners or family celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or light greasing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and arrange on the baking sheet with space between each.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Allow the meatballs to rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to swap the turkey for chicken or beef and use any stuffing mix available. For best results, avoid overmixing the meatball mixture.
