  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a light coat of oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Mix gently with your hands or a spoon until everything is combined, avoiding overworking the mixture.
  4. Roll into small meatballs, roughly 1 inch in diameter, and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Rest the meatballs for 3–5 minutes to firm up and retain juices.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

These meatballs store well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or can be frozen. Reheat in the oven for best results.
