  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the olive oil, ensuring a good coat.
  4. Roll the oily chicken breasts in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere the crumbs.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
