Easy and delicious chicken breasts marinated in garlic and herbs, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil (chopped)
  • Optional: Cheese, vegetables, or sauces

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Season them generously with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and herbs. Marinate your chicken in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Grill the seasoned chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes after cooking.
  6. Slice the rested chicken and serve it alongside your favorite sides or sauces.

Notes

Marinating overnight enhances flavor even more. Use similar-sized chicken pieces for even cooking.
