Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into a thick, round slice to form your cake base.
  2. Trim the edges of the watermelon until smooth and even.
  3. If desired, spread a layer of whipped cream or yogurt over the top.
  4. Arrange berries on top of the watermelon in an attractive layer.
