  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano to create a spice blend.
  3. Take the boneless skinless chicken thighs and place them in a baking dish. Coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Bake the chicken in your preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until it’s fully cooked and the juices run clear.
