Quick and nutritious muffins made with banana, protein powder, oats, and chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and either grease or line a muffin tin.
  2. Mash the ripe banana until smooth in a large bowl.
  3. Add in the protein powder, egg, and oats. Mix well until everything is combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips gently to ensure even distribution.
  5. Spoon the mixture into 6 muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before enjoying them warm.

Notes

These muffins are also great with Greek yogurt and berries, or drizzled with honey or almond butter.
