A delightful dish featuring grilled chicken, crispy bacon, and savory mushrooms topped with cheese and honey mustard sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices of crispy bacon
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup of honey mustard sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper for a flavor boost.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through.
  4. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms until tender, soaking up that delicious bacon flavor.
  6. Once the chicken is grilled, layer the crispy bacon, sautéed mushrooms, and shredded cheese on top of each breast.
  7. Cover the grill for a couple of minutes to allow the cheese to melt beautifully.
  8. Drizzle with honey mustard sauce before serving warm. Enjoy!
