Deliciously seasoned baked chicken thighs that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the mixture generously over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the seasoned thighs, skin-side up, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 3-5 minutes.
  8. Allow the chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a twist, marinate in a soy sauce-based marinade or add honey for a sweet flavor. Pair with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
