Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl, whisking until well blended.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or container, and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.
  6. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
